Warranty

Gleton is dedicated to delivering superior quality products and stands behind the craftsmanship of each item. We provide a comprehensive 5-year warranty for all our orders, ensuring our customers enjoy peace of mind with their purchase.

To initiate the warranty process, you must contact and inform the customer service of Gleton. We may request you to show the proof of purchase and the most detailed description possible about the issue and photo and/or video materials.

Limitations:
  1. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  2. Any assurances made by Gleton, whether verbal or through conduct, outside of this document do not constitute warranties.
  3. The warranty does not cover damages or losses resulting from misuse, abnormal use, improper handling, accidents, neglect, acts related to natural disasters, improper installation, or maintenance and use of abrasive cleaners.
  4. Modifications, alterations, or repairs not using authorized parts or accessories, or any changes to the product, will void the warranty.
  5. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to reduced finish glossiness, scratches, staining, and etching from usage, cleaning, or environmental conditions, are not covered.
  6. The warranty excludes issues due to extensive exposure to chemicals, harsh cleaners, and severe outdoor conditions.

Remedies:
  1. Gleton will work with you to resolve product issues, potentially advising on simple repairs that can be conducted by the customer.
  2. Defective components will be replaced with the same original component or a comparable component.

Limitation of Liability:
Gleton's liability does not exceed the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances will Gleton be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, production, administrative expenses, damage to reputation, or loss of customers.
