1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after placing them. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, it will be canceled once we receive your request. The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please return it to us upon receipt.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange.

How to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@gleton.com with your order number and the reason for your return/exchange.
  2. We will process your request within 24 hours on business days.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll be happy to proceed with an exchange/refund.

    Before returning or exchanging, please note:

    1. Our products do not have the Australian watermark. Customers should be aware of this before purchasing. Returns for this reason are not accepted.
    2. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs if the return is not due to a product quality issue.
    3. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
    4. Products that have been clearly installed or assembled are not eligible for exchange or return.
    5. We don't accept returns for inappropriate dimensions.
    6. All products with a digital temperature display show temperature in Celsius and cannot switch to Fahrenheit. Returns for this reason are not accepted.

      3. Refunds

      Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We will also inform you whether the refund was approved or rejected.

      If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may also need time to process and post the refund.

      4. Damages and Issues

      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      5. Late or Missing Refunds

      1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gleton.com.
